Frequently asked questions
How to choose a size?
Start by what size shirt you normally wear, and focus more on your shoulders/bust area. Our covers are made to be roomy in your mid-section and for the addition of those sweet babies, of course. The small/medium is based off my frame and I am 5'5", dress size 8-10; Small/medium sizes 0-10 and the large/XL sizes 12-18. ✨
What if I'm between sizes?
We suggest sizing up if you are between sizes. The back top edge with the elastic button holes can be tightened or loosened, so if you size up, you will be able to cinch that part to your liking and have plenty of room for you and baby and a nice opening at the top. 💖
What if I don't like the size I choose?
We are here to help! So if you choose a size, and get it and wish you would have gotten the other, just let us know. We will be happy to exchange the size for you! Something to mention: if my mom is still our sole manufacturer when/if you did need an exchange, please allow us the few weeks to make you a new one and send it to you. You can send back the other size once you get the new one. 😊
What if I need a cover sooner than 4 weeks?
If you need a cover sooner than 4 weeks, please message us and let us know. We can't make any promises, but we can sure do our best to accommodate! Currently, and until likely December/January my mom is our only person making them. She does her best to get them done sooner than 4 weeks, but it truly depends on how many orders we have in the works. But please don't feel bad to reach out and ask us our timeline or give us yours. 💕
What is your return policy?
We are reasonable and real humans. 😊 If you have any problems or issues and need to return a cover please just message us. We will work together to find the best solution whether that be a refund, exchange, etc. We are here to help!
